Ayafes, the Path of Integration Retreat, offers a deep healing journey through sacred Medicine plant ceremonies and IFS therapy. During the retreat, different rituals, practices and therapies are offered. Such as, Ayahusca, Rapé, Cacao,
breath-work, sound healing, IFS teachings, practices and meditations.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Sacred Plants Ceremonies are both distinct modalities, but when used in conjunction they can provide unique and potentially profound therapeutic experiences.
This retreat will teach you so much about yourself and the Love you carry inside of you. You will be given time, space, love, spirit-based principles, body breathing techniques, practical wellness tools, and nutrition advice to help you thrive. Providing a more in-depth exploration of the self and potentially more rapid and profound healing
